    This series was designed for professional women wanting to get a handle on stress with self orienting strategies. The series provides a cozy, confidential space to explore and settle into a more comfortable version of you.

Series and Program Payment & Cancellation Policy

PAYMENT POLICY

A non refundable deposit of $200 is required to secure your spot. After your $200 deposit has been received, you will receive a confirmation and a notice for the remaining fee due.

Full payment is required 2 weeks prior to the series/program. 

Payment is to be made in person by check, cash, or by e-transfer.

SERIES/PROGRAM CANCELLATIONS

Naturally, no one books with the intention of cancelling or postponing their series/program, but unexpected things do happen. It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policy before securing your spot.

Facilitator cancellation
If the facilitator has to cancel for any health or emergency condition, you will receive a full refund. 

Participant cancellation
If for emergency reasons you have to cancel, you will be given a full refund minus $200 deposit, for administrative cost. 

If you choose to withdraw from the series/program 2 to 14 days prior, you will forfeit 50 % of the registration fee.


No refund will be offered for participants who arrive late or leave early.
